Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
This policy describes information handled through the website of Raquel Spencer Law, APC, a California law firm based in San Diego. It does not replace any privacy or confidentiality terms agreed upon when the firm represents a client.
Consultation inquiries
The consultation form asks for your full name, email address, phone number, general type of legal matter, county where the matter is located, preferred contact method, and a brief description. This information is intended to let the firm review your inquiry and contact you about a possible consultation.
The website validates your entries in your browser and on the server, then sends an office notification to adminoffice@raquelspencerlaw.com through Lovable’s managed email service. That service processes submitted information for email delivery, retries, and delivery safeguards. Requests are not added to a consultation database or browser storage, and the application does not log submitted content. Entries are cleared only after the sending service accepts the notification; acceptance does not guarantee inbox arrival. If a submission fails, entries remain in the open form so you can retry or contact the firm another way. Notifications may remain in the office mailbox; this website does not enforce a retention or deletion schedule for mailbox or email-service records.
If you contact the firm directly by email or telephone, your inquiry is handled through the firm’s email or telephone services rather than this form. Such communications may remain in the firm’s mailbox or other office records. This website does not enforce a retention or deletion schedule for those records.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information before representation is confirmed in writing. For urgent matters, call (619) 323-9809.
Technical information and service providers
The website is hosted through Lovable. Hosting and ordinary server logs may process technical information such as an IP address, requested page, request time, browser information, and errors to deliver and maintain the website. The website does not set its own log-retention schedule, and we cannot promise a specific retention period for hosting-provider records.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and images are served through Lovable’s asset service. Your browser connects to those services when loading the site, which can disclose ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser information.
No advertising trackers, optional analytics, or application cookies have been added by the firm to this website. The consultation form does not use local or session storage. Hosting services and your browser may use technical mechanisms necessary to serve and cache website resources.
Use and disclosure
The firm does not sell personal information. Inquiry information is intended for reviewing and responding to your request, not advertising. Service providers may process information necessary to deliver website, email, or telephone services. The firm may also disclose information when required by law or as necessary to protect legal rights, subject to applicable professional obligations.
Security and retention limitations
Reasonable safeguards cannot eliminate all risks. Internet communications and email are not guaranteed to be secure. Avoid sending sensitive details through this website or ordinary email. The website does not create a publicly accessible record of consultation inquiries. It cannot control copies or retention in an email recipient’s mailbox, telephone systems, or hosting-provider logs.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and information about its use or disclosure under applicable law. Whether a particular right applies depends on the law’s coverage, the information involved, and any legal or professional obligations to retain it. To make a request, contact the firm using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. The website does not offer a sale or advertising-sharing program.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the firm through a website-related inquiry, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Third-party websites and policy changes
If you follow a link to a third-party website or use your own email application, that service’s privacy practices apply. This policy may change when the website’s functionality or information practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, including before online consultation delivery is enabled.
